Payment terms:Advance payment is not provided. Upon receipt of products within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery and provision of original invoices, waybills, waybills, railway receipts and certificates for products
Delivery terms:Delivery time: until May 20, 2024. The cost of delivery to the buyer's warehouse in Perm is included in the cost of products. Pickup is possible within the city of Perm.
The products must be new. When shipping, the availability of certificates for products is mandatory.

Comments:
1. Please ask all questions about the procedure with the help of the functionality of the E-Marketplace (requests for clarification).
2. To their proposals in electronic form, the Bidders of this procedure MUST, before the bids opening, attach the applicant's Application Form and documents according to the list simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the Bidder organization of this procedure. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by the Bidder of the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this Bidder.
The validity period of the suppliers' offer is at least 30 days.
3. The supplier of the products must be the manufacturer, or the official dealer of the manufacturer, or the distributor (the Bidder provides supporting documents at the same time as the commercial offer).
4. The cost of the products must be unchanged for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).
5. The availability of certificates, quality certificates and labeling during shipment is mandatory
6. The buyer reserves the right to conduct independent laboratory tests for compliance with the chemical composition of the supplied products. In case of deviations in chemical composition from the corresponding GOST, the products will be returned to the supplier.

Note: This request for proposals is not a Bid Notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Bidders.
