Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:покупатель производит оплату после поставки Товара в течение 15 (пятнадцати) банковских дней. Расчеты между Сторонами осуществляются путем перечисления Покупателем денежных средств на расчетный счет Поставщика
Delivery terms:На поставку каждой партии Товаров Покупатель направляет Заявку Поставщику (Приложение № 2), в которой указывается наименование, стоимость и количество поставляемого Товара. Заявка оформляется Покупателем по потребности в поставляемом Товаре.
Заявка подписывается уполномоченным представителем Покупателя и направляется в течение рабочего дня с 9:00 до 17:00 по факсу или электронной почте в адрес Поставщика.
На основании Заявки Покупателя Поставщик оформляет и направляет Покупателю счет на оплату.
Поставщик не имеет права отказаться от рассмотрения заявки на поставку Товара. Заявка считается принятой Поставщиком в случае неполучения Покупателем от Поставщика письменного отказа от поставки Товара в течение 2 (двух) рабочих дней с даты направления Заявки
