Payment terms:Payment for completed works is made by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account with deferred payment within 30 calendar days, after signing the acts of delivery and acceptance of completed works in form no. KS-2, certificates of the cost of completed works and costs in form no. KS-3, providing an invoice.
Delivery terms:Start of work – March 2024;
Completion of works - May 2024. (the deadlines for the work can be postponed by agreement with the Customer and depend on the issue of tanks for repair).

The subject and scope of the Call for Bidding
The list and scope of work on the installation of an overflow pipeline for tanks pos. 1(1,2,4) and anticorrosive protection of tanks pos. 1(1,2,4) of shop No. 110 of PJSC "Himprom" are specified in Project 26850-412 and include:
- insertion of fittings DN 100 into the upper part of the tank walls of item 1 (1,2,4);
- manufacture and installation of overflow pipes;
- fixing of overflow pipes to the walls of tanks;
- installation of the overflow pipeline;
- preparation of the surface of the tanks for the AKZ;
- application of AKZ (one layer of primer-enamel 180mm thick).
Requirements for the content and composition of the bid for participation in the Call for Bidding
The bid for participation in the Call for Bidding must contain the following documents:
1. Questionnaire of the Call for Bidding Bidder (in the form of Appendix No. 1 to this Bid Notice).
2. A copy of the document confirming the authority of the person to act on behalf of the Call for Bidding Bidder, except for the cases of signing the bid:
- an individual entrepreneur, if an individual entrepreneur is a Bidder of such a Call for Bidding;
- a person indicated in the unified State Register of Legal Entities as a person entitled to act on behalf of a legal entity without a power of attorney (hereinafter referred to as the manager in this part of the Bid Notice), if the Bidder of such Call for Bidding is a legal entity;
3. Technical and commercial proposal (in the form of Appendix No. 2 to this Bid Notice);
4. Reference on human resources (in the form of Appendix No. 3);
5. Certificate of material and technical resources (in the form of Appendix No. 4).
6. Certificate of experience in performing similar (comparable to the subject of the contract) works in the amount of at least 3 executed contracts for the last 3 years preceding the date of submission of the bid for participation in this Call for Bidding. (in the form of Appendix No. 5 to this Bidden Notice). The Customer may request from the Call for Bidding Bidder the supporting documents (copies of executed contracts and copies of documents confirming the execution of contracts) specified in this certificate.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
