Auto-extension

Payment terms:Calculation for work performed shall be made within 60 calendar days from the date of signing of the Act of the executed works is based on bills issued by the contractor. Obligation to pay for the completed works are considered to be covered from the date of debiting the current account of the customer. If the contract is concluded with a party who is the subject of a small or medium business (as evidenced by the relevant instrument), payment of the delivered goods (performed works, rendered services) on the contract (a separate phase of the Treaty) is 30 calendar days from the date of execution of obligations under the Treaty (single phase). (Base: p. 28 Provisions "on the specifics of the participation of small and medium enterprises in the procurement of goods, works and services certain kinds of legal persons, the annual amounts of such purchases and the method of calculating the specified volume, approved by the Government of the Russian Federation from 11.12.2014 # 1352).
