1. Recommendations to Bidders Called for Bidding and products
The Company has no tax claims, litigation with clients regarding the failure to perform work in full, the performance of substandard work, violation of contractual obligations on the part of the Bidder.
2. Subject of the tender:
Within the framework of the procurement procedure, the value of the goods is determined according to the terms of reference for the Buyer's object.
The purpose of the procurement procedure is to select a supplier that simultaneously ensures:
– compliance with the terms of reference;
- minimum cost;
3. Required volume (quantity):
Approximate current need of the Buyer:
Doors GOST 31173-2003, DSV PPN2100-1010-247 pcs., DSV PLN 2100-1010-246 pcs. in execution according to the terms of reference.
4. Terms of delivery:
The delivery period is from 30.05.2024 to 31.07.2024.
Delivery procedure according to the schedule agreed by the Parties.

All delivered products must comply with the terms of the Delivery Contract.
5. Terms of payment:
Payment for the Goods under this Agreement is made by the Buyer by transferring funds to the Supplier's current account within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of arrival of the Goods in full to the object, provided that the Supplier provides the Buyer with the originals of the primary accounting documents correctly executed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
