Payment terms:
Payment for the supplied goods shall be made by monetary funds in the non-cash form, in Russian rubles, after the products are delivered, within 30 (thirty) calendar days after the Customer has signed the statement of acceptance of the goods. No provisions for the advance payment are made.
Delivery terms:
1) The supply agreement shall be concluded in the Buyer's standard form, statement of disagreements may be signed, if needed. 2) The Seller shall deliver the products to the Buyer's warehouse. The price shall include the transportation expenses. 3) The prices proposed in the course of the request for proposals, shall be valid during 3 months after entering into agreement. 4) The products shall be supplied on the basis of the Buyer's orders on the next day after placement of these orders. Orders can be placed by e-mail, fax or by other means provided for by the Customer.
