Comments:
The scope and list of works includes, but is not limited to, the composition
listed below. The works are carried out by the Contractor in full,
"turnkey", by the Contractor's forces, means and mechanisms, including all
necessary consumables and related expenses.
1. Statement of work volumes according to Appendix A.
2. To make w / w piles according to the requirements of RD and this
technical specification. At the first stage, only piles are manufactured and delivered to the
facility for testing.
3. Delivery of piles to the facility
4. Input control of piles and materials with a record in the journal and acts.
5. Unloading of piles at the site of work.
6. Marking of the pile field
7. If necessary, the installation of leader drilling wells in places
where piles are submerged and the movement of
drilled soil within the construction site - according to the RD and the Statement of work volumes.
8. Pile sinking and deviation control. Rest of piles, according
to GOST.
9. Testing of piles by static and /or dynamic load according
to the table of tested piles, numbers of tested piles – according to RD and
current regulatory documentation.
10. When testing piles in winter conditions, comply
with the requirements of the Working documentation, regulatory requirements for
thawing / lead drilling / casing of the frozen soil thickness.
11. According to the results of static /dynamic tests
, provide a report to the Customer and the General Designer.
12. After the piles are submerged, provide a report on the presence of failures and
marks of the pile immersion position.
13. Provide a set of Executive documentation on
the scope of work performed.
By the decision of the Customer, part or the full amount of materials
listed in the Statement of Work volumes can be delivered
By the customer, as a giveaway material. The obligation, in this
case, for input control, unloading, moving to the place of
work, completeness, safety of material, etc., to perform the work
