Comments: As part of the prequalification, participants are requested to attach a set of title documents and a presentation about the company.
Based on the results of the consideration of the title documents, meetings and displays of objects will be held.
In the documents attached to the application, you will find the terms of reference and a list of documents for admission of the participant to the next stages of the purchase:
1) A scanned copy of the certified questionnaire of the counterparty (see the file "Questionnaire of the counterparty"). There should be no empty fields in the questionnaire, if the item does not apply to you, put "no".
2) Scanned copies of title documents (see the file "List of documents for Security Check")
The Bidder must consider the availability and content of this Invitation and all information provided in relation to this Invitation as confidential information and must use it only for the purpose of preparing and submitting an offer for Lamoda.
The bidder must not publish or disclose confidential information without the prior written consent of Lamoda.
The information disclosed by the bidder in relation to or in response to the Invitation will be treated by Lamoda as confidential and will be used only for the purposes for which it was provided.
Lamoda has the right to familiarize with the tender documentation received from the bidders, its employees and (or) third parties involved at its discretion.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
