The methodology of the work, as well as the principle of cost formation, are specified in the Requirements Specification.
The requirements for the contractor are specified in the Requirements Specification, as well as:
• The Contractor's availability of SRO for these types of work, including OPO
• Availability of valid electrical safety tolerances (certificates) for ITR - not less than 5 gr.
• Availability of valid electrical safety permits (certificates) for brigade members: not less than 3 gr.
• The Contractor's work manager must be certified: item "A" - general industrial safety requirements; item "B.1" - hydraulic structures of industrial facilities, for knowledge of labor protection requirements to the extent appropriate to job responsibilities.
• The Contractor's Contractor must be certified and trained: to know the requirements of labor protection by profession and type of work; trained and certified to know the requirements of labor protection by profession , have certificates of the slinger;
• The relevant employees have welding certificates with certification in the NAKS (section 9, sub-item 4) for welding polyethylene geomembrane.
• Availability of the Contractor, certified NAKS equipment and technology for welding polyethylene geomembrane in accordance with the requirements of the register (section 9, sub-item 4)
• Availability of specialized equipment and devices for the Contractor to perform work, trained personnel and experience in performing similar work.
