Limited Liability Company "SMITH SIBERIAN SERVICES" (LLC "CCC") intends to hold events to select a counterparty for Lot No. 2-CCC-24 "Selection of a supplier of translators with a double-threaded connection for LLC "CCC" in 2022-2023"
In this regard, LLC "CCC" invites you to make offers on the terms, specified in the Terms of Reference.

Note: The cost of providing services should include all possible expenses. Reimbursable expenses in excess of the price indicated in the offer must be deciphered and the procedure for determining them and the upper limit specified.

If you agree to take part in the ongoing events for the provision of services, we ask you to provide the following set of documents by 12-00 Moscow time on June 21, 2022:
1. Application for participation (Form 1)
2. Commercial offer (Form 2)
3. The Charter;
4. Certificate of registration;
5. Certificate of registration;
6. Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
7. Balance sheet f-1, f-2 as of the last reporting date;
8. Documents confirming the powers of the signatory;
9. Criteria (in the appendix)
10. Documents confirming the data specified in the criteria.
11.Licenses (if the licensed type of activity).

ALL COPIES MUST BE CERTIFIED WITH THE SEAL OF THE ORGANIZATION AND THE SIGNATURE OF AN AUTHORIZED PERSON.

Proposals submitted later than the deadline, filled out not according to the specified form, will not be considered.

Under no circumstances can this offer be regarded as an offer. Accordingly, LLC "CCC" does not bear any responsibility for refusing to conclude a contract with persons who have applied with an offer to conclude a corresponding transaction.

LLC "CCC" reserves the right to accept any of the received offers, or not to accept any of them.
