Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Оплата Товара производится в течение 30 рабочих дней за каждую партию после поставки продукции на склад Покупателя.
Цена товара должна включать в себя все налоги (за исключением НДС), сборы, расходы, таможенные пошлины, погрузо-разгрузочные работы, упаковку (тару), страховые и транспортные расходы, а так же другие расходы, связанные с исполнением обязательств по Договору.
Цена предложения должна оставаться фиксированной на протяжении всего срока действия договора.
Организатор закупки вправе отклонить предложения Участников, предусмотревших аванс.
