Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Deferred payment of 30 calendar days after the delivery of the goods and the signing of the consignment notes/UPD
Delivery terms:Delivery is carried out according to requests, in production packaging; delivery by and at the expense of the Supplier, the packaging should be complete, without damage, unloading of the goods by the Buyer; delivery time from the moment of placing the order is no more than two, in remote places five days;
Prices are fixed for 6 months in rubles with VAT, with the possibility of changes by agreement of the parties;
Notification of changes in prices and assortment is sent 14 calendar days before the date of entry into force of the new conditions with a mandatory Appendix to the new Specification;
A single contract form is signed with all hotels of the chain.
Delivery of equipment for the duration of the contract. The contract for the use of equipment and periodic maintenance is signed separately with each hotel of the chain. With registration of acts of transfer and acts of repair work.

Delivery of orders is carried out according to requests from hotels of the chain according to the list in the attached file.

The volumes of all beer are indicated in liters.

Prices are strictly for 1L/1 pc. WITHOUT VAT;

And also fill out an application with a list of hotels and distributors by region.
