Comments: Albazino Resources LLC invites you to take part in the tender for the provision of services for the transportation of passengers by comfortable buses with a capacity of 45-55 seats at the request of the Customer on intercity routes in the Khabarovsk Territory.
Terms of service provision:
1. Start date of work: 01.04.2021;
2. Completion date: 12/31/2021.
Transportation routes and number of flights:
1. Komsomolsk-on-Amur - Khabarovsk (400 km);
2. Khabarovsk (including Krasnorechenskoye) - Komsomolsk-on-Amur (400 km) - the main route;
3. from. Krasnorechenskoye of the Khabarovsk region - GLK Kholdomi Solnechny region (460 km);
4. Khabarovsk - GLK Holdomi Solnechny district (440 km).
The number of flights on the main route for the entire period of service provision is 114 flights, an average of 13 flights per month. There are no return flights.
Mandatory requirements for the Contractor:
1. Basing of the main vehicles in Komsomolsk-on-Amur, Khabarovsk;
2. Have a license to transport passengers by buses and minibuses, more than 8 seats.
Responsibility and obligations of the Contractor:
1. Submit a technically sound vehicle to the Customer for following the route according to the Application;
2. Comply with the provision of services safety requirements for the carriage of passengers, the requirements of the Rules of the road, as well as, but not limited to, the requirements of clause 2.7. Traffic rules on the prohibition of driving in a state of intoxication (alcoholic, narcotic or otherwise), under the influence of drugs, drugs that worsen the reaction and attention, in a painful or tired state. The qualifications of the Contractor's drivers must comply with the requirements established by the legislation of the Russian Federation for the operation of a vehicle of this type;
3. Provide, in the event of a bus breakdown on the line, its replacement with a similar bus of the same class or eliminate the problems as soon as possible;
4. Timely issue invoices to the Customer for payment of transport services;
5. The Contractor undertakes, when performing work using his own / borrowed vehicles:
5.1. Install a video recorder on a vehicle (memory capacity of at least 32 GB, displaying the speed, date, time and state registration plate) on the vehicles used by the Contractor, as well as ensure and monitor its operability and being in the switched on state during the entire period of rendering services;
5.2. Equip the vehicle:
- wheel chocks (except for cars with an automatic transmission) in the amount of two pieces (or one if it allows you to fix the wheel on both sides);
- first aid kit;
- emergency stop sign;
- fire extinguishing means - fire extinguisher;
6. For transport categories M2 and MZ (according to TR CU 018/2011 "On the safety of wheeled vehicles") carrying the Customer's personnel, install video recorders (memory capacity of at least 32 GB) recording the passenger compartment;
7. Additionally, for vehicles of category M2, MZ, N2, N3 (according to TR CU 018/2011 "On the safety of wheeled vehicles") carrying personnel and dangerous goods, install tachographs;
8. Ensure the availability of serviceable equipment of the Contractor at the place and at the time of the provision of services. Ensure the uninterrupted operation of the Contractor's vehicles in the mode necessary for the provision of services in full, in accordance with the approved scope of work and requirements for the quality of the work performed;
9. Ensure that the Contractor's drivers comply with the work and rest regime, traffic rules, fire safety, labor protection, industrial safety, as well as special rules for the transportation of all types of goods, environmental and environmental legislation of the Russian Federation. Ensure that drivers have all appropriate approvals and permits. In addition, provide pre-shift and post-shift medical examination of drivers by a trained and licensed paramedic, as well as control of drug and alcohol intoxication;
10. Engage in the transportation of the Customer's personnel drivers who meet the following requirements:
- not older than 55;
- having a driving experience of at least 5 years in the category that gives the right to drive the entrusted vehicle;
- do not have medical contraindications, confirmed by a medical certificate of passing a medical examination in the prescribed manner;
- do not have mental disorders, confirmed by a medical certificate of passing a psychiatric examination;
Exceptions are allowed only by agreement with the Customer;
11. Ensure the availability of technical inspection of vehicles, insure compulsory civil liability in a legal manner.
12. Ensure that the pre-trip inspection of the technical condition of the vehicle is passed by the controller in accordance with the requirements of the Order of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation dated August 08, 2018 No. 296 "On approval of the Procedure for organizing and conducting pre-trip or pre-shift control of the technical condition of vehicles."

- commercial proposal on the official letterhead of the participant signed by an authorized person;
- proposal card (Appendix No. 2 to the letter);
- counterparty questionnaire (Appendix No. 3 to the letter) and reference list;
- scanned copies of permits required for the provision of services;
- constituent documents: charter (fully in the latest edition), certificate of the OGRN, certificate of TIN, decision of the founder on the appointment of the head, letter on assignment of codes (Rosstat);
- consent to the processing of personal data (in accordance with the form) (Appendix No. 4 to the letter).
