Payment terms:Payment for the Work performed is made by the Customer on a monthly basis within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of registration of the invoice for payment in the Customer's records management department, if there is a package of documents signed by the Parties. The invoice for payment must be registered with the Customer's office management department within 3 (three) business days from the date of its receipt from the Contractor by fax 8(8182) 46-40-19 or by e-mail to E-mail: Fax@agddiamonds.ru , with the message of the incoming number, or a reasoned refusal to register it is sent. In case of non-receipt of a reasoned refusal, the invoice for payment is considered received by the Customer.

Major repairs – within 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of receipt of the bid, taking into account the delivery of materials necessary for major repairs.

Bidders OF THE PROCEDURE FOR INFORMATION!
1. Acceptance of bids for participation in the procurement procedure takes place on the B2B-Center Platform until 05/31/2024 15-00. The bid must be accompanied by a scan of the completed information about the applicant, a scan of the completed qualification questionnaire for the PBiOT with appendices and experience in providing similar services (performing work).
3. The rebidding date will be indicated additionally.
4. The cost of offers is indicated in rubles for the full volume of services provided (work performed) excluding VAT.

Note: this price request is not a Bid Notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Bidders.
