As a result, a Framework agreement for 2023 will be concluded. The approximate need for concrete is in Appendix No. 1) Attach the completed specifications with the seal and signature of the head to the loading documentation.
2) Payment terms (preference will be given to bidders who have offered a non-cash payment system and maximum deferred payment).
4) Full compliance with the specification.
5) Experience with the supply of this product on the market (attach a reference list).
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ:Требования к качеству:
Соответствие ГОСТам;
Паспорт на каждую партию;
Сертификаты соответствия на инертные материалы.

Рамочный договор должен содержать следующие пункты:
• штрафные санкции (почасовые, аналогичные простоям) за нарушение согласованного графика поставки (ритмичности) бетона на строительную площадку;
• допуск на территорию бетонно-растворного узла представителей Заказчика для забора образцов составляющих компонентов для проведения лабораторных испытаний перед заказом крупной партии бетона на ответственные объекты;
• время разгрузки автобетоносмесителя (в зависимости от объема бетоносмесителя);
• стоимость 1 часа простоя автобетоносмесителя;
• время бесплатного простоя.
