Предложения Участников, поданные в нарушение требований Закупочной документации могут быть отклонены Закупочной комиссией от дальнейшего рассмотрения.
Цена предложения должна быть твердая (фиксированная) на весь период проведения закупочной процедуры и выполнения обязательств по Договору и учитывать инфляцию и другие хозяйственные риски. Корректировка цены предложения в связи с инфляцией в период Договора не производится. Все цены в Предложении должны включать все обязательные платежи (транспортные расходы и т. д.)
