the subject of prequalification is the registration of design, initial and permissive documents for land plots for placement of objects of PJSC "VimpelCom" in the territory of the Russian Federation, in accordance with the list (but not limited to):
Ø Registration of rights to the land plot for construction and subsequent operation of AMC and transmission lines, incl. (on a separate task of the customer) collection and preparation of a complete set of documents for registration of rights to land plot;
Ø Registration of ownership of the AMC (for AMC, requiring registration as real estate), including the receipt of extracts from the unified State Register of Real Estate (EGRN), confirming the ownership of the customer at the AMC.

Technical specification and annex to the Tor in the investment.

Contractors who were previously qualified for the event are not required to submit a package of documents again.


Planned purchase stages:
Stage 1. Formation of the list of interested participants.
The Stage 2. Collection of documents for qualification. Approval of the list of qualified participants.
Step three. Commercial stage among qualified participants.
Step four. Selection of winners.
Step 5. Contracts.

For the passage of Stage 1 it is necessary to send the following documents to the e-mail address Tenders_IDzantiev@beeline.ru no later than March 19, 2019 (in the subject of the letter should be specified "name of the participant/prequalification of AMC and AMC for 2019-2021 years"). The total size of the letter should not exceed 10 MB (in case of necessity it is possible to send several letters or several volumes of one archive). The name of each file should indicate its contents.

Documents for the passage of stage 1_
1. Fill in the form of the participant by providing in PDF format (scanned with signature);
2. Fill in Annex 1 member details by submitting in Excel format;
3. Fill in the Appendix 2. Financial analysis by presenting in Excel and PDF format (scanned with signature);
4. To complete the negotiation agreement in PDF format (scanned with signature);
5. Fill in an application for compliance with the qualifying requirements of Excel and PDF (scan with signature).
You must also provide the following documents:
• Extract from the Egrul dated 2019;
• Current wording of the Charter with current changes;
• A power of attorney or other document authorizing a person to sign documents on behalf of the Organization;
• Certificate of registration with the tax authority;
• Certificate of entry into the Egrul;
• The balance sheet (for 2017 and 2018, not less than 2 quarters) or other documents characterizing the financial and economic activities of the Organization, please provide for closed periods of the current year, as well as a report at the end of previous periods ( Maximum of 3 years);
• Income statement for the last two reporting years.

Electronic copies of documents must meet the following conditions:
• The participant must ensure that each scanned document is readable;
• Each scanned document must be saved to a separate file, and a document containing one page is saved to a separate file, and a document containing multiple pages and applications must also be grouped into a single file, for example: The Charter should be scanned not by separate pages, but in one file (PDF file in black and white format);
• Each document must have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content.

The period of providing feedback from PJSC VimpelCom: No later than March 22, 2019

Please note that your agreement to participate in the purchase event of VimpelCom also means acceptance of the terms of the privacy statement and you will be responsible for non-compliance with the terms of the privacy policy. In accordance with applicable law.
