On-site testing conditions for materials that have not yet been approved on-site/have not been tested:
• The material must comply with the technical specifications.
• The presence of the supplier during the tests is mandatory. According to the test results, representatives of the production site together with the supplier draw up a test report.
• Delivery of the first OPP in the amount of 5 tons (for RA-Saratov 2t) for testing, depending on the availability of the number of approved analogues. Provided that on the site:
- no alternative supplier/material - price with 10% discount from the tender price;
- two approved suppliers/materials - price with 20% discount from the tender price;
- three/four approved suppliers/materials - delivery is carried out free of charge (1 rub/ton).
• The second OPP in the amount of 20 tons is delivered at tender prices, provided that there is no alternative supplier on the site. In other cases, the second OPP is provided with a discount of at least 10% of the tender prices.
• The third OPP (if necessary) is carried out in the amount of the monthly demand of the site at tender prices.
• In case of unsuccessful tests of the second and subsequent OPP, the supplier, on the basis of the Test Report, is obliged to compensate for the losses incurred by the production site during the tests and to remove the remaining material on its own and at its own expense.
• Provided that the supplier refuses to sign the Test Certificate and compensation for losses, the information is recorded in the form of a memo and transmitted to the Security Service and to the B2B site to exclude the possibility of this supplier's participation in tenders for the MFB.
Prior to testing for the filter materials declared in the tender, a preliminary documentary examination and/ or laboratory tests will be carried out. For laboratory tests, it is necessary to provide a sample of filter material to the site in the amount of several kg (information about the volume of the sample and the address of the site will be brought to the attention additionally). Filter materials that have successfully passed the documentary examination and laboratory tests are allowed before the tests.
