Payment terms:Payment under a civil law contract will be made by the Customer by transferring funds to the Supplier’s bank account within 30 (thirty) days upon delivery of the goods after duly executed and signed by both Parties of the act (acts) of acceptance of the transfer of goods, commodity (commodity-transport ) invoice and based on the invoice issued by the Supplier (invoice). Advance payment is not applicable.
Delivery terms:goods are delivered in quarterly batches at the request of the customer, within 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt of the application.
