Payment terms:Оплата за поставленную продукцию производится в течение 30 банковских дней с момента полу-чения каждой партии продукции, на основании выставленных счетов-фактур и подписанных товар-ных накладных, путем перечисления денежных средств на расчетный счет Поставщика.
Delivery terms:Поставка Продукции осуществляется партионно на основании предварительно подаваемых Поку-пателем письменных заявок, в которых указывается наименование Продукции, ее количество (объем партии), срок поставки.
Заявка подается Поставщику за 30 календарных дней до планируемой поставки.
Поставка Продукции осуществляется с завода-изготовителя. Поставляемая Продукция должна быть одной партии.
Поставщик должен подготовить Продукцию к отправке в соответствующей виду транспортировки упаковке, которая исключает повреждение товара при перевозке.
Доставка Продукции на склад Покупателя осуществляется силами и средствами Поставщика. Транспортные услуги до склада Покупателя входят в стоимость Продукции. Адрес склада Покупате-ля: 644105, г. Омск, ул. Пристанционная, 19, тел. (3812)-355-334.,644047, г. Омск, ул.5-я Северная, 193.
