Payment terms:An advance payment of 20% of the total value of the goods is transferred within 5 (five) banking days from the date of signing the contract, the remaining 80% of the total value of the goods are paid within 5 (five) banking days after the Goods arrive at the Customer's warehouse.
Delivery terms:The delivery time of the goods is carried out in accordance with the stated data in the specification.

Comments:
1.The supplier guarantees the quality and safety of the delivered goods that meet the mandatory requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation for Goods of the specified type (kind). For the delivered goods, the Supplier gives a quality guarantee in accordance with the regulatory documents confirming the quality for this type of goods for at least 12 months. During the warranty period, the Supplier undertakes, at its own expense, to eliminate defects (replace) the goods in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Each item of the product must be shipped in its original packaging (regardless of quantity and multiplicity), have a passport for the product, a certificate of conformity with the current deadlines. In the event that certification for the goods is not needed, provide a rejection letter informing that the products are not subject to mandatory certification.
2. It is mandatory to load the specification (Commercial Proposal) with the cost and delivery dates for each item
