Payment terms:Payment for the goods is made by the Buyer within 60 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods and signing by the Buyer of the unified form of the consignment note (in the form of TORG-12, approved by the resolution of the State Statistics Committee of Russia dated 25.12.98 N 132), subject to receipt from the Supplier of the invoice, invoice issued on the basis of the signed contract, by transferring funds to the settlement account Supplier's account.
