1. The participant as part of the application for participation in the procurement provides a complete list of documents (attached). If the requested documents are not provided, the application for participation in the procurement is not considered. The documents must be in Excel format and scanned with the signature of an official authorized to sign;
2. The prices indicated in the purchase application must be valid until March 31, 2023. Attach a free-form confirmation letter;
3. Application deadline date and time: no later than 14 working days from the start date of application submission to 14-00 (Moscow time);
4. Payment is made within 45 calendar days from the date of delivery to the warehouse of the Consignee.
5. The purchase is not an offer, auction or tender and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, nor is it a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1065 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
