Comments:
Bidders must prepare and upload to the E-Marketplace the following documents (ALL of THEM ARE REQUIRED):
1) commercial offer (Commercial Proposal form for Bid Documentation) - a scan on the company's letterhead with a seal and signature, and in excel format;
2) the Bidder's information card in the form and in accordance with the instructions given in the Documentation (Form No. 1);
3) other information listed in the Terms of Reference;
4) Documents confirming the Bidder's compliance with the requirements (Section 7 of the Bid Documentation);
5) A scan of the NDA signed and completed by the Bidder (Appendix No. 3 to the Bid Documentation) according to the attached sample;
6) Agreement with the draft contract proposed by the Customer, or a protocol of disagreements to it in form No. 3 to the Bid Documentation.

Fixing the value of the goods in the commercial offer for at least 3 (three) months from the date of opening access to bids
