Payment terms:- The Buyer is obliged to make a security payment in the amount of 10% of the contract value to the Seller's current account within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of signing the contract and invoicing by the Seller

. The funds transferred to the account of the security payment participate in mutual settlements for the last shipment of the Goods and payment of the penalty. In case of non-fulfillment by the Buyer of the contract regarding the period of sampling of the Goods.
The Seller has the right to demand from the Buyer payment
of a penalty in the amount of 0.2% of the value of the Goods not selected on time, for each day of delay. But not more than the amount transferred to the account of the security payment. The Buyer, within 10 banking days from the date of receipt of the written demand for payment of the penalty from the Seller, is obliged to make its payment. The amount of penalties may be deducted from the security payment funds.
