Ranking of bids

Before submitting an application for participation, it is necessary to carefully read the procurement documentation.

Delivery on the KA side.
Providing samples of card + holder kits (according to one of the options that the Customer will designate) for evaluation on a free basis is a prerequisite.
The Buyer has the right to unilaterally reduce/increase the number of orders, up to 30% (both upward and downward) of the amount agreed upon by the parties in this Specification or Order, notifying the Supplier 14 calendar days before the upcoming changes, but no later than 5 days before the upcoming delivery. At the same time, the remaining terms of the delivery terms, including the terms for the price and deferred payment, remain unchanged.

When delivered to the RC, the Supplier is obliged to deliver goods loaded on pallets (pallets) of standard size: 1.2 m x 0.8 m, 1.6 m high, meeting European standards and requirements. 1 pallet place should not exceed 625 kg. When delivered to the RC, the Supplier has the right to deliver the goods packed in their own containers in such ways as to ensure the preservation of the quality and safety of the goods during their loading, transportation, unloading and storage

Submission of price offers only in ruble currency.
Participation is free.
EDS is not required.
The bidder may repeatedly improve his price offer until the end of the submission of applications.
Only one legal entity may participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal of all affiliated participants from the competition.

This request for proposals procedure is not an auction or a tender, does not fall under the scope of Article 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail legal obligations for the Customer to choose a supplier.
