Comments:
The contractor, by his own efforts and means, on the basis of the terms of reference, repairs the ramp of the storage building (inv. No. 011012) and repairs buildings and structures located on the site for the production, reception and release of VM. All the necessary materials for these works are provided by the Contractor. In the absence of uploaded documentation in the request, the Applicants' proposals will not be considered. The contractor accepts the terms of the Standard Contract of JSC "Explosion Industry of the South of Kuzbass". List of documents: 1. Dealer's certificate for the offered product; 2. Certificate for goods and services. 3. Statutory documents (For the conclusion of a model contract of JSC "Explosion Industry of the South of Kuzbass"). 4. Commercial offer based on the results of this request. 5. Documentation with the price for this request. We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 – 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057 – 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all Proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants. The presence of a valid membership in the SRO with access to hazardous production facilities.
