The customer reserves the right to give an advantage to Bidders who have previously successfully executed relevant projects for him and are familiar with the architecture involved in the request. The advantage provided is no more than 10%
If there is a difference of less than 2% between the price offers, the Customer reserves the right to pre-emptively conclude an agreement with the Bidder who is the buyer of the Customer's insurance products.
A similar advantage will be provided when signing a declaration of intent fixing a bilateral partnership.
The declaration of intent is drawn up after drawing up a list of possible areas of cooperation, as a result of communication between business units. |
