For participation in RFI organization it is necessary (for those who did not do it in the framework of previous RFI who changed the requisites of the companies):

Fill in Annex 3. Template for financial validation by providing in Excel format;

- TCO Precision Conditioneers_common. xlsx-This file describes all possible models of precision air conditioners, which will be used for the modernization of existing systems on the network Vimpelcom, as well as for the construction of new facilities
and fill them according to the instruction (inside tables) for the RFI stage!
Incorrect Filling of TCO models may lead to non-admission to further participation in the tender.

Important! To understand the process of selecting winners.
There is a certain amount of equipment already installed on the Vimpelcom network. To Upgrade the installed equipment, you can use the equipment of another manufacturer under the following conditions:
- The proposed equipment would physically stand on the space envisaged for upgrading
- The offered equipment is capable to carry out functional of "native" equipment for modernization
- Complete management and monitoring of the modernized system will be carried out, i.e. for the management and monitoring system the old and new equipment will be perceived equally
Important! To understand the process of filling THE TSO model:
- If The proposed equipment has an explicit cooling capacity less than the minimum value specified in the header of the table-you need to put more powerful or specify a double quantity (to the amount of capacity was equal or higher than specified in the CAP Table).
- If Some equipment is missing from the ruler, you must provide the closest value from the other ruler. If the required capacity of the Equipment available in the lineup is not enough, then offer the use of two units of similar equipment.
- The New equipment supplier (if it is not on the Vimpelcom network) must meet the qualification requirements (required to fill in and provide confirmations!!!):
I Also ask you to specify-the requirements of the Applicant to the mounting organization, which will perform the installation and the NDP delivered their equipment, to maintain the warranty on the equipment supplied to them. We already have contractors for the installation of precision air conditioners, so it is necessary to understand the conditions under which the VC will not lose the warranty for your equipment, if it is installed by our contractors.
To Prepare separate files in PDF format (for participants who did not send earlier or for those who have undergone changes) the following documents:
- Extract from the EGRUL dated 2018;
- Current wording of the Charter with current changes;
- A power of Attorney or other document authorizing a person to sign documents on behalf of the Organization;
- Certificate of registration with the tax authority;
- Certificate of entry into the EGRUL;
- The balance sheet or other documents characterizing the financial and economic activities of the Organization please provide for closed periods of the current year, as well as a report at the end of previous periods (as much as 3 years).
Electronic copies of documents must meet the following conditions:
The participant must ensure that each scanned document is readable;
Each scanned document must be saved to a separate file, and a document containing one page is saved to a separate file, and a document containing multiple pages and applications must also be grouped into a single file, for example: The Charter should be scanned not by separate pages, but in one file (PDF file in black and white format);
Each document must have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content.

The Package of documents should be sent to the e-mail address IShmakov@beeline.ru, no later than 21:00 hours (CET) on April 19, 2019. (in the subject of the letter should be specified "organization Name/RFI for the supply of precision air conditioners). The Total size of the letter should not exceed 10 Mb (in case of need it is possible to send several letters).
