Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:The standard conditions are a post-payment of 90 calendar days after signing the certificates of completed works.

Deviation from the stated payment term is allowed.
The payment term must be specified in the Technical and Commercial Proposal.
IMPORTANT! The decrease/ increase in the payment period will be considered as a negative/positive factor when deciding on the winner.
Delivery terms:In accordance with the terms of the Requirements Specification.

IMPORTANT: Based on the results of the procurement procedure, a contractor will be identified for the maintenance of buildings and structures, as well as for cleaning services at Voronezh Transformer LLC for a period of 1 to 3 years.
The prices offered must be fixed for a period of at least 1 year.

IMPORTANT:
1. The Bidder of the procedure must offer prices for:
a) Cleaning services for 1 month, in accordance with the requirements of the Requirements Specification.
b) Maintenance of buildings, structures and engineering systems for 1 month, in accordance with the requirements of the Requirements Specification.
c) Additional services for various types of work for 1h/h, in accordance with the list of Procured items.
2. The Bidder of the procedure must attach a reference list with a list of serviced organizations.
3. A prerequisite for a potential winner is the organization of a visit by a customer's representative to an existing service facility (organization) to assess the quality of service provision.
4. The potential winner must first familiarize himself with the territory of the service (customer).
5. A prerequisite for Bidders is the availability of their own staff, as well as the availability of technical means necessary to perform the amount of work specified in the Requirements Specification.

Comments:
To the upload procedure:
1) Technical and Commercial Proposal (be sure to specify the terms of payment);
2) extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities no older than 3 months;
3) details on the letterhead / company card with signature and seal;
4) an order for the director / power of attorney for a person who has the right to sign;
5) certificates of TIN/KPP and OGRN;
6) the charter;
7) confirmation of experience (Reference list of serviced organizations).
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
Дополнительные комментарии::1. Данная торговая процедура не является аукционом или конкурсом, не попадает под действие ст.ст.447-449 ГК РФ и не влечет за собой возникновение юридических обязательств у Заказчика по выбору поставщика.
2. Заказчик имеет право вносить изменения в извещение о проведении запроса предложений в любое время до истечения срока подачи предложений на участие в запросе предложений
3.
