Dear colleagues, in connection with the removal of encumbrances on the plots, the Land Owner resumes the tender for obtaining the necessary permits and the construction of a production and warehouse building.
Cadastral numbers of land plots allocated for construction are 50:09:0060607:522 and 50:09:0060607:523.
The total area of land plots is 31,193 sq.m
. Location of land plots: Moscow Region, Solnechnogorsky district, village of Elino.
The design documentation of a production and warehouse building with an area of 15,156 m2 has been developed for these land plots.

We are looking for a contractor for the following types of work:
• Checking an existing project;
• Revision of the necessary sections;
• Approval and receipt of the necessary technical specifications;
• Opening of necessary orders;
• Obtaining a Construction Permit;
• Construction of the facility;
• Receipt of the Commissioning Certificate.

Important! For certain types of work, please do not send KP, I am interested in a comprehensive solution to the problem.

In the submitted KP, please add information about the company and examples of implemented projects.

Please divide the commercial offer into two parts:
1. Design and approval services;
2. The cost of construction.
