Payment terms:Prices are indicated in USD, taking into account all taxes, fees and duties provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation on the terms of DDP Moscow.

100% post payment within 30 CD after signing the COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS invoice-12; prices of nomenclature units are indicated in orders in US dollars; ruble equivalent of payments for purchase orders is calculated based on the official exchange rate of the ruble against the US dollar set by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on the date of payment of the corresponding Order.
Delivery terms:Moscow. Delivery time is not more than 10 weeks from the date of placing the order.
Delivery of the equipment is carried out by the Supplier and at his expense to the Customer's facility on the basis of the received order from the Customer.

Comments:
The Bidder must complete and upload all the documents listed in clause 6 of this RFP.

Offers should include the cost of services for delivery, transportation, loading/unloading of the listed equipment.
