Mandatory conditions for participation in the tender:
 confirm the presence of an extract from the register of SRO members with the right to perform works in the field of construction, reconstruction, capital repairs of capital construction facilities;
- confirm certified managers and specialists in the following areas: A.1, B.1.11, B.8.6;
 confirm the availability of personnel trained to carry out high-risk work (fire);
 confirm the availability of personnel trained in high-risk work (work at height);
 confirm the availability of personnel trained to carry out high-risk work (gas hazardous);
- to confirm the availability (own or leased) of certified NMK laboratories by types of control: rengencontrol, CDS, VIC, ultrasonic inspection, as well as equipment, tools, certificates, certificates of verification for the devices used, necessary to perform the entire range of work (confirmed by certificates);
- confirm the availability of NAKS certificates for welding work from the staff;
 confirm the availability of certified welding technologies, certified welding equipment, welding (surfacing) materials;
- confirm the equipment of the tool, including the tool of small mechanization
 confirm the availability of PPE for employees.
 confirm the presence of lifting mechanisms, scaffolding;
