Auto-extension

Payment terms:Advance payments are not expected. Nevertheless, if necessary and upon request, the Customer will be ready to consider the possibility of providing an advance for materials and equipment no more than 30% of the contract price. At the same time, preference in decision-making will be given to the applicant with a smaller advance payment

Comments:
The composition of the Commercial offer:

1. A commercial offer, indicating the main financial conditions, the total duration of the work, warranty periods and other conditions.
2. Detailed BREAKDOWN of the COST of the tender application in accordance with Appendix No. 5.
3. SCHEDULE OF WORK in MS Project and PDF format
4. List of prospective subcontractors (Appendix No. 11)
5. Copies of any relevant licenses and permits;
6. Presentation about the company with an indication of similar implemented projects for 2019-2021.
7. Comments and edits on the proposed draft agreement (Appendix No. 6)
8. Staffing table
9. Information questionnaire (Appendix No. 3)
10. A free-form letter confirming the completion of the work within 3 calendar months from the date of receipt of the official notification of the appointment of the general contractor, as well as confirmation of readiness to start work on the letter of guarantee, before signing the Contract.


The Organizer may request additional documentation.

Mandatory Requirements for participants (requirements for the fulfillment of the totality of which, the participant is allowed to tender) :
• Proven work experience in the commercial real estate sector.
• Experience in the implementation of objects with an area of at least 2000 m2.
• The staff number is not less than 20 people .
• Availability of SRO for design and construction, license of the Ministry of Emergency Situations for the design and installation of fire protection systems.
• Experience in implementing projects in Class A business centers.
• Experience of modernization of general house engineering systems of a Class A building.
The condition, if not fulfilled, the offer will not be considered: confirmation of the guarantee retention.
