Payment terms:
Upfront payments are not expected. Nevertheless, if necessary and upon request, the Customer will be ready to consider the possibility of providing an advance payment for materials and equipment no more than 30% of the contract price. At the same time, preference in making decisions will be given to the applicant with a smaller advance payment
Delivery terms:
The estimated date for the completion of the finishing works and the commissioning of the object is 03/31/2020.
Comments: Requirements for participants:
• Proven experience in the commercial real estate sector.
• Experience in the implementation of objects with an area of at least 2000 m2.
• The number of staff is at least 50 people.
• Availability of SRO for design and construction, license of the Ministry of Emergency Situations for the design and installation of fire protection systems.
• Experience in implementing projects in class A business centers
• Experience of modernization of general building engineering systems of a class A building
Tender documentation is provided in 2 stages:
1) space-planning solutions, Terms of Reference and the possibility of visual inspection of premises
2) Design project and estimate form for filling
Composition of the Commercial offer:
I. Commercial Proposal, indicating the main financial conditions, the total term of work, warranty periods and other conditions.
II. Detailed breakdown of the cost of the tender in accordance with Appendix 2.
III. SCHEDULE OF PRODUCTION OF WORKS in MS Project and PDF format
IV. Proposed payment schedule
V. Project team, project team, including resumes of key team members.
VI. List of prospective subcontractors in accordance with Appendix 4
VII. Copies of any applicable licenses and permits;
VIII. Presentation about the company with an indication of similar completed projects for 2018-2020.
