The Organizer has no obligation to conclude a contract based on its results.

The procedure for requesting proposals in the B2B-CENTER system is defined by the B2B-CENTER System Regulation and posted on the official website.
Section 8 of the Rules provides that the request for proposals is not a bidding process and is not subject to the requirements of articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

The Proposal Organizer has the right to choose the winner of the procedure or to complete it by rejecting all the proposals that are submitted.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
