Закупочная комиссия на своем заседании проводит ранжирование заявок по степени предпочтительности. Ранжирование проводится путем открытого голосования членов закупочной комиссии.
Закупочная комиссия определяет Победителя конкурса, как Участника конкурса, Конкурсная заявка которого заняла первое место в итоговой ранжировке Конкурсных заявок по степени предпочтительности для Заказчика
