Payment terms:
Payment for products is carried out in a non-cash manner by transferring funds to the Supplier's current account. The payment currency is the Russian ruble. The Buyer makes payments on account of payment for products (batches of products) within 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of products based on the results of acceptance, provided that the Supplier provides original documents confirming the quality of products (batches of products), invoices and invoices corresponding to the results of acceptance, issued in accordance with the requirements of legislation
Delivery terms:
The delivery period is April 2022. According to the schedule Appendix No. 4 and the TOR, the basis of delivery is for railway transport - DDP destination station (Incoterms 2010). Destination station - Guryevsk, Zap.-Sib.railway, station code - 862502

A MANDATORY REQUIREMENT is to upload a price offer signed by an authorized person and stamped by the organization.
The organization recognized as the winner of the procedure must conclude a supply contract with JSC "GMZ", as amended by JSC "GMZ".
Please note that this request is not a notice of a tender or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
