All requested documentation must comply with the Forms of documents attached to the documentation on the request for information:
1. Statutory and constituent documents in accordance with the list (Appendix 1)
2. Bid for participation in the request for information (Appendix No. 2)
3. Information about the counterparty (Appendix 3)
4. Commercial offer (Appendix 4) in PDF and EXCEL formats.
5. Documents confirming compliance with the qualification requirements of the Call for Bidding Bidder (see the section "Qualification requirements for Call for Bidding Bidders" of this Bid Notice)
6. Technical proposal in the form of a Design project of the (Main) exhibition stand according to the Customer's Requirements Specifications - presentation, as well as 2 alternative project presentations according to the Customer's Requirements Specifications.
7. Consent to the draft work contract
