Comments: Note! Quotations on the E-marketplace shall be submitted for the total amount of the lot, increase in price of lot after the initial submission is impossible. Applications shall be submitted in electronic form using functionality of electronic trade platform (E-Marketplace) www.b2b-bashneft.ru and in accordance with its technical features, rules and regulations. Submission of quotations shall be made by the participants directly at E-marketplace before the date and time of the deadline for submission of applications the participants. Thus within the prescribed period the applications of participants are placed on the E-marketplace in scanned form (in the form of a set of scanned documents). The procurement documentation shall be placed on the official website www.zakupki.gov.ru and it is available to anyone free of charge. Procurement documents shall be also posted on E-marketplace www.b2b-bashneft.ru, the order of documents receipt is defined by rules and regulations of E-marketplace. Submission of applications at E-marketplace is carried out only in rubles, unless otherwise provided by the E-marketplace and in the procurement documentation. If on the E-marketplace and in the procurement documentation the submission of applications in foreign currency is provided, the cost shall be fixed in foreign currency on E-marketplace, the bidder's proposal shall be uploaded in foreign currency.

Уважаемые участники! Обращаем внимание, что участниками в заявке на участие в закупке указываются персональные данные (далее - ПД) сотрудников, предоставление которых необходимо на этапе заключения договора. При этом участниками не предоставляются согласия на обработку ПД таких сотрудников, что служит причиной отказа в допуске к участию в закупке по причине не соответствия требованиями ФЗ от 27 июля 2006 года № 152-ФЗ «О персональных данных». Согласно требованиям документации о закупке для подтверждения прохождения сотрудниками участника обучения (согласно требованиям «Анкеты участника о соответствии ОТПБиЭ») ПД таких сотрудников предоставлять не требуется. В этом случае необходимо предоставить реквизиты документа, подтверждающего прохождение сотрудником участника обучения в области охраны труда, промышленной и пожарной безопасности, а сами документы (в том числе согласие на обработку ПД) необходимо предоставить при заключении договора победителю закупки.
