Payment terms:Оплата по настоящему Договору производится Заказчиком путем безналичных расчетов в течении 30 календарных дней, со дня подписания Сторонами Акта о приемке выполненных работ и предъявления Исполнителем соответствующего счета-фактуры при условии, что Услуги оказаны надлежащим образом.
Расчеты за оказанные Услуги могут производиться, как денежными средствами в форме перечисления на счёт Исполнителя, так и ценными бумагами и с использованием других форм расчетов, предусмотренных действующим законодательством России.
