The term of the contract is from 01.09. until 31.12.2021
1. Acceptance of the contract as amended by the Customer.
2. All equipment must comply with the required technical characteristics, GOST, TU, and also have passports, certificates of conformity, operating instructions.
3. The commercial offer is considered on the basis of the rental price for 1 hour / circulation, as well as for 1 m of penetration (both prices are provided in one commercial offer). The cost of rent provides for repairs, waiting while staying at the Lessee, delivery of equipment to BPO NP LLC "Gorizont" at the address: RT, G. Bugulma, st. Mounting room 6, provision of support-centering elements, slotted filter, non-return valve, transport sub, clamp, etc.
4. The leased equipment will be used at wells in the Republic of Tatarstan (penetration 45,000 m), outside the Republic of Tatarstan (Orenburg Region, Samara Region, Perm Territory, Udmurtia - 2000 m)
5. The approximate number of wells is 36, the average circulation per well is 100 hours.
6. The rental price indicated in the commercial offer is fixed until 12/31/2021.
7. Delivery of the leased equipment is carried out by the Lessor to BPO NP LLC "Horizon" at the address: Bugulma, st. Montage, 6.
8. The commission analysis of the PDM is carried out on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan.
9. Mandatory provision of an annex to the specification (Appendix 2).
