Auto-extension

Payment terms:50% advance payment.
Delivery terms:The transfer of the Cars from use by the Customer and the acceptance of the cars by the Contractor is carried out at the Kichera station of the ESSR (903401), Ulanmakit of the ESSR (906005) or another station on the territory of the East Siberian Railway agreed by the parties, according to the Acceptance and Transfer Act. The wagons transferred from use must be in a technically sound and commercially fit condition, free from the remnants of previously transported goods.

Comments:
The presence of an EPC is not required to participate in this procurement. This procedure is not a competition, its implementation is not regulated by Articles 447 - 449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public tender and is not governed by Articles 1057 - 1061 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate volume of civil obligations on the Organizer.
