- the protocol of the accredited laboratory confirming safety indicators and microbiological indicators (including pathogenic microorganisms), at the first delivery and then at least once a year. The protocol is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
- Halal certificate, in case of absence, a letter of guarantee confirming the conformity of products with the requirements for halal food, upon first delivery, then at least once a year. |
