Payment terms:
Payment for the goods is made by the Buyer with a deferred payment of 30 working days from the date of delivery of the products and the provision of original documents.
Delivery terms:
DDP G. Ust-Kut. All shipping, packaging and other costs must be included in the cost of the products. Delivery by the supplier to the buyer's warehouse. With delivery, it is mandatory to have quality documents, TR CU certificates, a declaration of the Customs Union.
The delivery time is no more than 14 days from the date of signing the specification.
Comments: 1. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
2. Before opening the envelopes, the participants of this procedure MUST attach to their proposals in electronic form the applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the list simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial offer (indicating the delivery dates) signed by an authorized person and stamped by the organization participating in this procedure. If the participant fails to fulfill or improperly fulfills this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
3. The supplier of the products must be the manufacturer, or the official dealer of the manufacturer, or the distributor (the participant provides supporting documents simultaneously with the commercial offer).
4. The cost of the products must be unchanged for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).
Note: This request for proposals is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
