the exceptional frequency of mailing - quarterly in each locality. The order completion period is 7-14 calendar days, including printing, delivery and distribution

The organizer of the Call for Bidding has the right to refuse to conduct a request for proposals at any stage, without incurring any liability to the Bidders of the Call for Bidding procedure or third parties to whom such action may cause losses.
