The list of obligatory documents for participation in the competition:
- Offer
- Copy of the state certificate. Registration (OHR)
- Copy of the certificate of registration in the tax authority (TIN)
- Copy of the minutes of the founders meeting on appointment of the Director (or a copy of the power of attorney for signing the contract, order of appointment)
- Copy of the statutes (the first three sheets and the last sheet)
- Copy of the extract from the EGRUL
- Bank details (company map)
- Financial statements (balance sheet, financial Results report) with receipt of tax inspection for the last reporting date
- Tax return on VAT, income tax for the last reporting date with receipt of tax inspection
- Certificate on the state of payments on taxes and dues, dated no more than 30 days for the date of granting.
