Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension

Payment terms:Non-cash form of payment, 100% post-payment after delivery of each batch of materials. Payment is made in rubles of the Russian Federation within 30 calendar days from the date of providing the Customer with the originals of properly executed invoices, invoices and certificates.
Delivery terms:In accordance with the TOR, no more than 30 calendar days from the date of placing the order.

Comments:
Dear Suppliers, we invite you to take part in Stage 2. Request for proposals to choose a Supplier for the supply of POS materials for the design of SOKOLOV retail outlets.
Delivery to the warehouse in accordance with the TOR.

The ongoing request for proposals is not a Tender (a form of bidding) provided for in Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. and does not entail the emergence of legal obligations for the Customer at the choice of the Supplier.

Stage No. 2 will be conducted in the form of a closed Request for Proposals, according to the Application Specification (Appendix No. 1), with initial prices without restrictions.
It is strictly forbidden to put 1 ruble or 0.1 kopecks. or any price that you can't confirm!
Offers should not be higher than the bids of Stage 1 (indicated in the initial KP).

The quantity of goods, works, services and results of intellectual activity specified in the procurement documentation is indicative and represents the volume that can be selected / not selected / exceeded by SOKOLOV during the term of the contract concluded with the winner of the procurement procedure. The number of purchased goods, works, services and results of intellectual activity may be reduced unilaterally by SOKOLOV, including after selecting the winner and concluding a contract with him.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
