Possibility of bid submission in a different currency
When applying, bidders can choose a currency different from the one stated for the procedure. Comments:
The purpose of the procurement procedure is to obtain final offers with the lowest possible cost. The decision to choose the winner is made taking into account the technical conclusion of the customer, the minimum delivery time, the supplier's OTIF indicator and possible recommendations of the Security Department regarding the participants.
The proposal must fully satisfy the requirements presented in the TOR.
1. Requirements for the form of the contract - according to the form of the buyer;
2.Formation of the price of the goods - The cost of packaging and transport costs are included in the price of the goods;
3. A mandatory requirement for the consideration of your proposal is to obtain information on all points of the technical conclusion (in the attachment), namely, the availability of a reference list, indication of the warranty period of operation of the equipment and provision of further maintenance services for the supplied equipment.
4. Acceptance of products to the warehouse - Acceptance and payment of products is carried out after the entrance control at the buyer's warehouse.
