Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. The tender procedure is carried out in 2 stages.
1. stage: it is necessary to fill out the TKP form (attached to the tender documentation) and upload via the B2B-Center ETP before 18:00, 11/18/2021 in Excel and scan formats (certified by the signature of the General Director and seal of the organization). Within the framework of the 1st stage, the applicant company provides samples, in agreement with the customer, of the products offered within the framework of the tender.

Companies that have submitted a KP that meet the requirements of the Technical Assignment and have been accredited by the FGC Group of Companies will be admitted to stage 2. (https://fsk.ru/about/tenders). It is necessary to fill in the prices for the B2B-Center ETP and DOWNLOAD the updated TKP form (attached to the tender documentation) in excel- and scan formats (certified by the signature of the General Director and seal organizations). Proposals without downloaded TKP files will NOT be considered.

1. A prerequisite for the tender is fixing the price.
2. A prerequisite for the tender is the availability of valid accreditation of the FGC GC.
For accreditation, it is necessary to upload the documents at https://fsk.ru/about/tenders and notify in the body of the e-mail about the fact of uploading the documents by e-mail: MatskoAA@fsk.ru and KuhtinDA@fsk.ru with indication of TIN companies.
3. The cost should be indicated in the offer, including all necessary costs for the implementation of a full range of equipment supply, including VAT and delivery to the site.
4. In the absence of an agreement and agreement to sign the attached form of the FGC agreement, it is necessary to enclose your Protocol of Disagreements when submitting a commercial offer.
5. Please note that the procedures carried out by the Procurement Department of GC FGC LLC at the B2B site are carried out on the basis of a request for proposals: according to the rules of the system, the Winner of the request offers becomes a participant who meets the requirements of the request for proposals and offers the best conditions for the execution of the contract according to the totality of criteria established by the documentation of this request proposals. (B2B-Center System Regulation, Chapter 8, Item 8.10.1)
